What is your return policy?

We have a 7 day return policy, so you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return. Custom, handmade items are FINAL SALE. Please contact me for alterations. I want you to love your jewelry! You can contact me through Instagram or email with any questions or concerns. I will respond within 24 hours.

What forms of payment does Charlie on Park accept?

For purchases made on our website, we accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, AMEX, Discover). For in person pop-up events, we accept all major credit cards, Venmo, and PayPal (charlieonpark@gmail.com).

What are Charlie on Park’s shipping rates?

There is a flat rate shipping of $5.50 on all US orders. I try to ship daily and will do my best to get your purchase to you as soon as possible! Please allow 5-7 business days design time for custom, handmade designs. All packages are shipped First-Class through USPS.

What if I need a repair?

Should a repair be needed, please contact me through email, Instagram, or Facebook with a picture of the item. I will do my best to fix, or replace, as soon as possible.

Let’s chat about repairs for a moment. Repair fees will vary. If you have a broken clasp younger than 6 months old, replacement is free. There is a $5 fee for clasps older than 6 months and frequently used (such as a mask chain).

If your mask chain or stretchy cord bracelet has been used daily for over 6 months and has been through sweat, food, play and everyday life and looks like it… please just order a new one. It served it’s purpose well.

I only repair Charlie on Park items. Bracelets and necklaces younger than 1 year, I will restring free of charge, if it naturally broke. I use an honor system here. If there was an accident and the jewelry broke, I am happy to restring (please salvage what you can) for a $10-$15 charge + any cost of additional materials needed.

Does Charlie on Park offer porch pick up for Charlotte locals?

Yes! If you’d like to pick up your purchase(s) in person, select the ‘Charlie on Park Studio Pickup’ option during checkout. You will receive instructions for pick up via email once your item is ready.

Can I personalize the included card if my purchase is a gift?

Yes! Each item comes in a bag with stuffing and a card of thanks! I am always happy to write a personal note when giving as a gift. Just message me through email, Instagram, or Facebook to let me know!
